    Water and stain resistant inside and out - this is an easy care bag! For light marks, simply wipe your bag with a damp cloth. It is also machine washable in a gentle cold cycle.

    Unfortunately my bag zipper broke the first day which I found surprising for the cost of the bag, though the owner replaced it and now I am enjoying my new bag.

    Hi Lorena, We are sorry to hear that the zipper head on your tote has come loose. As you mentioned, it sounds like a fault. Faults are rare but they do occur on occassion and when they do we promptly address the issue. We will, of course, replace the tote.
