Returns & exchange

Need to return or exchange a bag? No problem. We accept returns on full price items (excluding sale items, discounted items and items purchased with a promotional code). 

In order to return an item, please first contact us and then post the return item to:

Please seal and return your item using appropriate protective postage satchels. You must also include a note with your return item containing your order number, full name, phone number and email address. 

If you would like a different size or colour, please simply return your unwanted item and place a new order online. We will issue a full refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse.

Returns policy

While we try our best to accept all items returned to us, please observe our returns policy as follows:

  • All bags must be returned unused and in the original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns must include a return note with your order number, full name and contact details.
  • Purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase (as indicated on invoice).
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping on returns or exchanges. 
  • Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure items are properly packed and can’t get damaged on the way. To ensure the package reaches us, we recommend using a trackable service.
  • Customers are responsible for any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country’s government. 

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process with your financial institution.

Faulty items 

In the event that there is a fault with your bag, we sincerely apologise. We will of course be happy to provide an exchange or refund. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 14 days of delivery if a faulty item was received.

Please send an email to with a photo of the fault and we will assess and do everything we can to make this an easy process.
